Daniel Stevens

Daniel Stevens is the Executive Head of Agriculture Crop at Santam Limited and is responsible for Crop insurance for the South African and the Rest of Africa markets within the Specialist Solutions Business.

Daniel has 24 years' experience in the Non-life Insurance sector. He assumed various roles in Santam's Commercial and Personal Lines' Broker Distribution division and has some experience working with specialist UMA's as a Managing Principal. Prior to joining the agriculture team, he led Santam's Outsourced Business for a period of 6 years and he was also President of the Insurance Institute of Gauteng (IIG) in 2018 and served on their council for 5 years.

Daniel holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Stellenbosch, and a Bachelor of Economics (B.Econ) degree from the University of the Western Cape, Cape Town.
