The Youth Loss Adjuster Development Programme, created by the Insurance Institute of South Africa with the support of Sasria SOC Limited, is your entry into the insurance industry. Over 12 months you'll gain the skills, exposure, and confidence to turn potential into a career.

You'll learn what matters: the confidence to thrive in a workplace, the digital skills employers demand, and accredited training at NQF Level 5. You'll step inside real firms with focus on loss adjusting, work on real claims, and be guided by mentors who want to see you succeed. At the end of the year, you won't just hold a certificate. You'll be employable, credible, and ready to take on the future.

Who Should Apply

• South African youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
• School leavers or graduates with little or no work experience.
• Young people ready to take their first step into a career in loss adjusting.
