The Advanced Loss Adjuster Programme, created by the Insurance Institute of South Africa with the support of Sasria SOC Limited, is a 12-month journey designed for unemployed insurance professionals who want to deepen their technical knowledge, in loss adjusting and gain practical exposure.

The programme will provide advanced learning at NQF Level 5. It will equip professionals with skills and expertise in handling complex claims, investigative and fraud detection skills, financial analysis, and risk management. Participants will embark on experiential learning through workplace exposure, professional assessments, and compilation of a portfolio of evidence. Mentors and senior adjusters will guide participants throughout the programme, ensuring that delegates obtain knowledge and renewed credibility and confidence.
