Notice is hereby given that the fifty-third (53rd) Annual General Meeting of the IISA will be held on Monday, 27 July 2020 at 11:00 (South African time) on Zoom for the purpose of considering and, if deemed fit , to pass and approve, with or without modification, the ordinary resolutions set out hereunder in the manner required by the Company's Memorandum of Incorporation (MoI), the Companies Act No 71 of 2008, as amended (the Companies Act).

If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may vote by proxy in accordance with the instructions on the form of proxy.
