Sohva is a short-term insurance administrator focussing on the assessment and fulfilment of personal lines insurance claims. Sohva employs a small team of enthusiastic and devoted experts who use process re-engineering, digital enablement and hands-on management to improve customer experience in the claims administration space. We are also a Level 2 B-BBEE company, founded with assistance and guidance by Hollard. We commenced operations in April 2022 as a dedicated mobile device insurance claims administrator handling up to 2000 mobile device damage and theft claims per month for Hollard Life Solutions. In June 2023 we started doing mobile device insurance claims fulfilment for Hollard Insure’s brokers and in October 2023 we expanded our service to include the administration of vehicle insurance claims for Hollard Life Solutions.
