Simon Colman
Simon is Business Head of Digital and Financial lines at SHA Risk Specialists within the specialist business unit at Santam. He has over 29 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry as a liability specialist. He served on the Road Accident Fund insurance committee in 1998/99 under Judge Kathy Satchwell. Colman has worked in the television industry as the host of Business Day TV's Law@ Work. He is the head judge on The Insurance Apprentice and is a regular guest on eNCA's Moneyline as well as a frequent contributor of articles to the Argus, Star, Citizen, Sowetan and various other publications. He holds an HCII and a Diploma in Digital Business from MIT & Columbia Business School in the USA.

Alicia Narainsamy
Listed top 3 in South Africa for the Insurance Apprentice 2016, Alicia has attained over a decade experience working in the various lines of the Insurance Industry. Her passion is found in strategy and planning with vast experience in the broker distribution channel, Marketing, public relations and business compliance. She holds an MMDP acquired from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and a PGDIP from Henley Business School. She is currently studying towards her MBA specialising in strategic innovation and systems management.

Sizwe Cakwebe
Sizwe is a Cyber Business Manager with financial lines and has oversight of our Cyber product. Sizwe has experience in the cybersecurity arena, having moved to SHA from his position as senior consultant at Deloitte where he was an integral part of the Risk Advisory for Cyber and Technology Risk team. In this role, he was responsible for executing IT audits, cyber specific projects, governance and resilience related projects across public and private sector clients. Sizwe holds a post graduate degree in Internal audit with certifications from Amazon Webs Services (cloud practitioner), Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI) from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) and ISO27001 (Cyber Security)
