Communication is the foundation of good remote work. With in-person contact limited, we can no longer rely on interpreting body language to assess the effectiveness of our messaging. To ensure successful and effective remote communications, we consciously need to consider how we engage via digital platforms. This session will explore a number of proven practices to avoid communication breakdowns across digital platforms.
