  • Financial Products (Task 4)

Day 2:   Regulatory Framework:

  • Debarment (Task 5)
  • Compliance Officer (Task 6)
  • Role in Maintaining Licensing (Task 2)
  • FICA (Task 8)


Category 1 Key Individuals

Day 1:   Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Key Individuals (Task 1)  
  • Representatives (Tasks 2 – 6)
  • Compliance Officers (Task 9)
  • Auditor / Accounting Officer (Task 14)
  • Maintaining a licence (Task 10)

Day 2:   Licensing:

  • Lapsing a licence (Task 11)
  • Record Keeping (Task 12)

  • FSP Function  (Task 7)
  • Code of Conduct (Task 8)
  • FICA (Task 15)


On completion of the workshops an attendance certificate will be issued and recorded on the IISA System.
