IISA - The Insurance Institute of South Africa

The IISA is a not for profit Section 21 company which is governed by a Board of Directors representing various sectors of the industry.

Internal controls are further strengthened through the operation of several elected committees comprised mainly of qualified members. These include:

1. The professional standards committee
2. The disciplinary committee
3. The appeals comittee
