The IISA undertakes, to the best of its ability, to deliver all goods or services purchased online via its website, timeously, correctly and in compliance with any published claims or specifications regarding the composition and/or performance of such goods or services.

However, in the event that the IISA should supply goods or services incorrectly, items that are damaged or that fail to meet the published claims or specifications, the IISA undertakes to refund, in full, any moneys received from the purchaser in payment for the defective goods or services.
